I have a 2000 BF8A and I would like to make it electric start. Can I do this and what list of parts do I need? Thanks for your help

No, Honda does not offer an electric start kit for that motor.

How about a 2007? If no kit is available, is there a way to assemble the parts to implement this?

No not if its a BF8A model, only the "D" models have electric start.
