Starter will not crank in 75 hp honda.This has happened twice in the past and have had it crank by moving shift control at helm from neutral to forward to reverse and back to neutral.No luck this time.When keyed there is a clicking noise near or in starter. New battery was no help. Motor has 220 hrs. on it.

Load test battery, check battery cables are good, connections are clean and tight. Test starter solenoid, have starter tested.
