Default 1997 BF75 flywheel turned counter clockwise
With the spark plugs removed the flywheel was hand turned one rotation counter clockwise then two to three times clockwise. The motor has not been cranked since. Will the motor be damaged if started now.

The engine should be ok, the water pump impeller may have bent blades wrong way.
