I am considering buying this motor. The seller says they bought it new and it probably has only 20 hours on it. It has sat in their garage unused for all these years. Says it was stored with oil in the cylinders. I would use it as a kicker on a local lake that is 10 hp restricted. The question is, assuming this is the truth. Is it likely to have a multitude of issues from sitting all those years? Thanks for any suggstions or advice.
