I have a 1977 honda bf75 which is not putting out spark. I took it to a dealer and they confirmed my suspicions saying the coils were bad. They also told me that they are obsolete which I'm beginning to believe as I can't find them anywhere. Is there a conversion kit for this? A substitute part that will work? The motor is in great shape and did run like a top! Any help will be greatly appreciated!

dont give up, i had one, parts are hard to come by, but if you put in time on craigslist, they do pop up. I bought a spare out of PA. had it shipped to Ca.
