Default 04 Honda 50HP - still ildes rough

My 50 HP honda idles rough. Although she'll run all day long, she just has a very rough idle.
Originally, I've changed: all 3 jets (they were cracked), electronic choke.
Cleaned the carbs.
I've tried adjusting the idle mixture screws but they don't seem to make a difference one way or the other.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I've adjusted a 1995 50HP Honda and she'll idle smooth and perfectly all day long. I did see a difference turning the idle mixture screws there!

Probably need to have the carbs resynchronized with sync meter or gauges.

I don't know if this is a stupid question or not. I'm just a do-it-yourselfer. But should they need to be synchronized even though the sync screws have never been adjusted on any of the carbs? Paint is still on the screws!
