01 130 hp Does not take full throttle

01 130 hp Does not take full throttle

I am a commercial fisherman and when taking off with heavy load it does not take full throttle,slowly increase throttle and boat will eventually plain but takes awhile and then will run normal, whats it sound like? thanks
