  • Oil in Muffler Case?

I have a 2004 Honda 130 BF130ALA and noticed that a clear vinyl tube that comes out of the bottom of the muffler case, T's with another tube, and then fits in a cavity to discharge out of the housing had dark oil in it. There was an obstruction at the end of the hose that discharges out of the housing, so I cleared it, and had the oil begin draining out of the tube.

2 questions. 1 should there be oil in the muffler case? 2 was the obstruction I cleared supposed to be there (one way breather valve?). I can't seem to locate the hose on any diagram on the internet.

    ANY help would be appreciated.

May be hose from bottom of air silencer, small amount of oil is ok.

Still not sure if there is supposed to be some sort of one way valve at the end of the 'discharge' tube or not? Anyone know?
